Terms and Conditions – Telnet Solutions

Thank you for choosing our services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Installation Fee
   A non-refundable installation fee of R500 is payable upon service activation. This fee is refundable only if you experience issues during your first month and are unsatisfied with our service performance.

2. Equipment Ownership
   All equipment installed at the Customer’s property remains the property of Telnet Solutions. Upon termination of this service by either party, the Customer agrees to allow Telnet Solutions employees access to the property to collect the installed equipment. Equipment must be returned in good condition, with reasonable wear and tear accepted. Collection will occur within five (5) days of the disconnection date.

   If the Customer denies Telnet Solutions access to collect the equipment, a non-return fee will apply. This fee is calculated as the depreciated value of all hardware associated with the service multiplied by the remaining tenure of the service.

3. Power-Related Equipment Damage
   Customers acknowledge that the power supply in their area is unstable and prone to surges. Any equipment damaged due to power issues will be replaced at the Customer’s cost.

   Customers are liable to protect equipment from power surges. Telnet Solutions offers a Mini UPS, which can protect devices from power surges by up to 80%. However, having a Mini UPS does NOT exempt the Customer from liability for replacing blown equipment.
